About iVetX
Kyla Bonnstetter is the creator and founder of iVetX. While not a veteran herself, both her father and uncle served. As a small child she played with the medals and badges that adorned her father's uniform and played dress up with all the army gear left behind. Kyla bought her first home with VA benefits and understands firsthand how important it is for veterans to include and care for their families. She believes in hiring veterans and creating the stage for success through use of the proprietary tools provided in this program.
Kyla has hired veterans to support and work on the project, giving each an opportunity to understand and utilize their strengths in the best possible way for the growth of the company and the professional and personal growth of the veterans. At iVetX we build the jobs around the talent and it works! iVetX has been extremely fortunate and we give thanks and gratitude to all the veterans that have consulted, given input and feedback to create this program and make it the most accessible and powerful transitional resource on the planet.
The passion for helping veterans has grown since the first time a retired army gentleman went through the debrief and self-discovery path in 2011. It was quite amazing the feedback from someone who had great knowledge in recruiting for the army and the tools that are available in the marketplace. The sparks were flying while thinking of the potential of making a difference for those who served. This man was excited to introduce this to his soon-to-be retiring army buddies. From there things started to snowball and one veteran told another and another and another and another and -- you get the picture -- we have simply grown through a grass roots program out of the love and desire to help veterans understand the unique talents they have!
It wasn't long after that we knew we had something special, that no other program could offer these men and women in the transition process. In 2012, iVetX was officially formulated to help veterans discover talents and get them in the right jobs! The site was launched and we soon got involved in one of the most high profile initiatives to make a difference in the way veterans and companies connect. The event was a hit and those who participated had great results. It was exactly what we had hoped -- a win-win for both the companies and the veterans!
Looking back through the short time we have been an official program, we have learned a lot. Somehow the dots are connecting with partners and ideas for training and resources that go beyond what could have ever been expected to occur. When something is great you can't hold it back. While we are primarily in the Phoenix, AZ, market we are striving to reach veterans all over the globe with a minimum goal of getting our resources in their hands for discovering their talents. With the thousands of veterans returning, we seek to gain more partners and people to deliver the magic and make a difference.
